Fairfax City is at a crossroads.

Traffic is getting worse. Property taxes keep rising. Housing is increasingly unaffordable. Public projects that would improve daily life are delayed or canceled. And too often, decisions are shaped by a small, vocal minority instead of the long-term needs of the whole community.

We believe Fairfax City can do better.

That’s why neighbors, commuters, parents, teachers, first responders, small business owners, and everyday residents are coming together to launch a new Political Action Committee focused on smart growth, accountable government, and real solutions for working families.

Why Now?

Recent decisions have shown a troubling pattern:

  • Transportation projects canceled after years of planning
  • Regional funding turned away
  • Gridlock protected while taxes rise
  • Development stalled while housing costs soar
  • Middle-class families pushed out of the city

The result?
More traffic, higher taxes, and fewer opportunities for the people who keep this city running.

That’s not leadership.
That’s drift.

What We Will Do

  • Support candidates who prioritize smart growth, mobility, and affordability
  • Hold elected officials accountable for votes that increase congestion and taxes
  • Advocate for missing-middle housing reforms
  • Push for ranked choice voting and charter modernization
  • Educate voters on the real impacts of local decisions
  • Build a broad coalition of residents who want Fairfax to move forward
